What are dental implants?

Dental implants are a long-lasting solution for missing teeth, designed to look, feel, and function naturally. A small titanium post is carefully placed into the jawbone, where it gradually bonds with the bone to create a stable foundation for a custom crown. Implants can restore your smile, improve chewing and speech, and support your oral health by helping prevent bone loss and maintain the position of surrounding teeth. They can also provide greater comfort and renewed confidence in your smile.

At Nashville Smile Creations, we understand that every patient has unique needs. We provide customized implant restorations designed to match your precise measurements, smile, and functional requirements. Creating a comfortable, durable, and natural-looking restoration requires skill and experience. Our dental team works closely with you throughout the process to ensure your implants look natural, function comfortably, and provide long-lasting results.

The Dental Implant Consultation Process

Step 1: Complimentary CT Scan
When you arrive, our team will take a complimentary CT scan to capture detailed 3D images of your teeth, jawbone, and surrounding structures.

Step 2: Medical History Review
A dental assistant will review your medical history, current medications, and any concerns or questions you may have about your treatment.

Step 3: Doctor’s Evaluation
Your dentist will review your CT scan and carefully examine your mouth. No sharp instruments will be used, and there will be no poking or probing during your consultation.

Step 4: Personalized Treatment Options
Based on your scan and individual oral health needs, your dentist will explain your dental implant options and recommend a personalized treatment plan.

Step 5: Questions & Next Steps
You’ll have time to ask questions, review your recommended treatment, and discuss the next steps toward restoring your smile with confidence.

What technology do you offer at your implant center?

Our implant center is equipped with advanced dental technology designed to enhance diagnostic accuracy, treatment planning, and your overall comfort. We use Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) for detailed 3D imaging, digital X-rays for efficient, low-radiation diagnostics, and intraoral cameras to provide a closer view of your oral health. Digital scanners create highly accurate impressions without the need for traditional messy molds, while our 3D printer helps streamline treatment planning and appliance fabrication. We also utilize soft tissue laser technology for select procedures, allowing for greater precision and a more comfortable treatment experience.

We Accept Dental Insurance

Nashville Smile Creations accepts most major dental insurance plans. Not sure if your plan is covered? Give us a call, and our team will gladly verify your benefits and help you schedule your emergency appointment.

Don't let your dental benefits go to waste, most insurance plans reset each year, so be sure to use your remaining coverage before it expires.

Care Credit Dental Financing Available

Our patients can also apply for our Care Credit dental financing option. Upon approval, Care Credit is a financing option that requires a credit check with no down payment at the time of the dental service. This plan offers affordable monthly payments with low interest rates. We understand that dental emergencies come at the most inconvenient time that's why we want to have every payment option available so it doesn't hold anyone back from taking care of their oral health.
