What Happens on my first visit to the office?
Your first appointment with Nashville Smile Creations will include an exam and consultation and may include X-rays. Following your exam, the dentist will explain recommendations for your care and allow you to discuss treatment options.
Do I need to arrive early for my appointment?
Yes. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out any remaining patient forms.
What do i need to bring to my first appointment?
Please bring the following items with you to your appointment:

How long will my first appointment last?
Plan for your first visit to last 1 to 1.5 hours.
What should I do if I require premedication?
Please be sure to request a prescription prior to your appointment, or if you are unsure, contact us, and we can help.
How Often Should I see the dentist?
Once every six months is suitable for most people. Some people with special conditions may need to see their hygienist and dentist more often. Schedule an appointment to find out what's best for you.
WHat are the most common oral health problems?
Cavities and gum disease are the most common problems. Patients on a regular care schedule who practice good dental hygiene habits at home and eat a diet low in refined sugar typically have fewer cavities and problems with gum disease.
Do you have options to pay for treatment if I don't have insurance?
We offer financing options and payment plans via Care Credit and AVS.
